Why?
To help with the struggle of living. To
find a way to make meaning from events, situations and relationships in
your life.
Why with a
Psychotherapist?
To support and develop greater
self-awareness by focussing on your personal journey to make possible
deeper understanding of how you interact in the world around you.
Each and everyone of us develop through
key relationships in our lives. For many reasons sometimes these
relationships are problematic and therefore unable to facilitate emotional growth and
development. Psychotherapy fosters insight by looking at memories, your
past and current relationships, dreams, hopes and reflection on their
meaning.
What
issues problems and conditions can psychotherapy help with?
Work related issues, conflict, anxiety,
depression, low mood, insecurity, meaninglessness. The pain of work and
personal relationships.
How long does it take?
As a psychotherapist
and analytical psychologist I deal with work related issues,
conflict, anxiety, depression, low mood, insecurity
and meaninglessness.
Short term work can be undertaken to look at
specific issues, e.g. work place conflict and
bullying, relationships, bereavement, divorce,
difficulties with being a parent, issues with
children.
Longer term work is also available, at once, twice
or three times weekly sessions as required.
Appointments
Hours by arrangement, some evening and early
morning appointments negotiated with enquirer.
Fees negotiable, some low cost places, please ask. |
